The Inycon wines are made by the largest cooperative in Sicily. The grapes for the wines of the Estate Selection come from our own vineyards. The winemakers choose to let the pinot grigio grapes ripen longer on the stick. This gives extra taste, strength and complexity to the wine. You taste yellow apple, ripe pear, lemon zest and a green spiciness. Delicious to serve with antipasti, vitello tonnato, salads with fish or shellfish.
