Green tea with a smooth and fresh taste. We use the CO2 method to decaffeinate the tea. When using this method, there is little loss of flavor and no CO2 is left behind. The taste is slightly rounder than the regular Sencha and the tea also has a little more color. This green Sencha tea is produced in China in a Japanese way. Repeated rolling and crushing creates the typical shape of flat needles.
