• to our third party service providers who need the information to provide us with components of the Bymygo Platform and/or such services as website hosting, data analysis, payment processing, order fulfilment, infrastructure provision, IT services, customer service and email delivery services;

• to third parties where you have requested to use a third party service (including applications) in connection with the Video Platform and have requested that we provide information to them;

• to identify you to any person to whom you send messages regarding Site-related content through the Site;

• to third party sponsors of Promotions (irrespective of whether such Promotions are hosted by us), or otherwise in accordance with the rules applicable to such Promotion.
