The term Reserva with this Chilean chardonnay refers to the partial wood aging that this La Palma gets. 35% of the wine matures for 4 to 6 months in French oak barrels. This gives the wine a hint of vanilla and a lot of length. You can also taste pineapple, pear, yellow apple, apricot and peach. Serve with pulpo a la plancha, homemade crab salad, scallops or lobster. Also delicious in combination with a salad with smoked salmon.
