The basis of this tea is a delicate Chinese white tea, Pai Mu Tan. This tea has a beautiful, large tea leaf with a lot of tip. It is naturally soft, fragrant and pleasantly sweet. Pour your cup of Lime & Apple tea and taste the fresh lime pieces and slightly sweet apple pieces. These two flavors provide a nice balance, whereby the taste of the white tea also remains recognizable.
