The aim of this wine was to create a distinctive style by exploiting the qualities of three different grape varieties (verdejo, sauvignon blanc and chardonnay). The grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks, the chardonnay then matures in a French oak barrel. All this creates a fresh wine with fruity notes of peach, apricot and vanilla.
