This wine is seen as the 'Grand Cru' of Renato Ratti. It is the most elegant and complex Barolo of the estate with a lifespan of at least 25 years! It matures for two years in wood and has refined tannins. You smell roses, licorice and tobacco. Serve this gastronomic wine with game, red meat or aged cheese.
