Parellada and garnacha blanca are traditional white grapes that form the basis of the fresh fruitiness of this Viña Sol. This was one of the first wines produced by Miguel Torres with his newly acquired knowledge of winemaking. Due to fermentation at low temperatures, a very fresh fruity white wine was made for the first time in Spain.
