A composition of Chinese white tea (Pai Mu Tan) with a mild bergamot flavour. Soft and fresh. This 'China White tea' is made from young leaves with a tip of a special tea variety. The leaves are hardly rolled and very slightly oxidized. The large leaf gives a very slightly aromatic (slightly sweet) infusion with a golden yellow color. Mild Earl Gray flavour.
