At Felix Solis they asked their winemakers to go all out. Forget the rules and make what you want. A wine that you prefer to drink yourself. The result is Mucho Mas. A wine made from grapes from Toro, La Mancha and Valdepeñas. It is a short wood-aged blend of garnacha, supplemented with tempranillo. Naturally, the wine must be downgraded to the lowest level: a country wine. But the taste is great: black cherries, blackberries, spices, silky tannins and a long finish.
