The Clearwater Cove wines are made by the 100% climate neutral Peter Yealands from New Zealand. The sauvignon blanc grapes come from Marlborough for this crisp wine. More precisely, from parcels of the Awatere Valley and the Wairau Valley. It is strongly aromatic with fresh notes of passion fruit, grapefruit and fresh green herbs.
