Pinot noir from Marlborough, New Zealand. The grapes come from the Chaytors Road vineyard supplemented with grapes from Waihopai, Omaka and Awatere Valleys. Thanks to the cooling influence of Arctic currents, this wine has freshness and elegance. You can taste strawberries, raspberries, a hint of vanilla and light earthy tones. Because of its light-hearted character, this wine is excellent for serving chilled with fish dishes such as grilled salmon or tuna. Also delicious in combination with a roasted ham on the bone.
