Nicole Timmerman is your own motivator, inspirator, coach, trainer, sports partner, mental coach, confidant and gives you advice in the field of sports, exercise and nutrition. The appointment with the personal trainer is fixed and always continues; even if it rains, if you are tired or just don't feel like it. The personal trainer is your highly personal stick behind the door who tirelessly helps you and reminds you of your goals. Goals What are your goals towards a healthy and energetic lifestyle? You do this in consultation with your personal trainer. She can assess whether the goals are realistic and achievable for you. Active Personal Training uses fitness training, strength and functional training: working with your own body weight, the kettlebell, barbell, dynaband, fitball, TRX, KO8, Bosu-ballast ball, Bosu-ball, pull-up bar, dumbbells, plyobox , gym rings, resistance bands, softball, flowin mat, steps, medicine ball, bench press, speed ladder (SAQ training: speed, flexibility, agility) etc.
