Rest, hospitality, respect and hygiene are of paramount importance. By "Just zen it" I mean a state of being, where you have found your own resting point within yourself, regardless of the circumstances around you. At Zensaties you can find inspiration to achieve the “Just Zen it state of being” through massages, Reiki, women's circles, education in the field of health and spirituality. With a Buddhist, Shamanic and Chinese healing element. I take great care and love for the property and am looking for like-minded entrepreneurs who also want to support people in the field of a healthy lifestyle. Flourish and grow together in the “Just zen it nest” and strengthen each other. With a massage there are many types of techniques and also some contraindications, which you do not have when working with Reiki. I only pass on the energy and the techniques I apply work energetically and mentally, the physical part is automatically initiated by your own body and how it reacts to the energy flow. A pain or complaint can disappear in one go or an insight emerges that can offer solutions. Sometimes you are tired after a treatment and other times very cheerful and energetic.
