Double trouble Double Trouble is a unique combination of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) principles, bodyWeight Excercises, agility elements and kick and punch techniques from kickboxing. Together, this creates one of the most complete workouts possible with quick results in a short time. The physical and mental improvement that the training brings is unprecedented. The HIIT approach improves both aerobic and anaerobic capacity. In addition, the combustion remains strongly increased up to 24 hours after training. Result The constantly changing forms of exercise, a combination of kick and punch techniques, body-weight exercises and agility elements, prevent physical and mental 'habituation' to the training load. Mixing these forms of training creates an effective and targeted training for condition and muscle building, with quick results being achieved in a short time. (Kick) boxing techniques Kicking and hitting are explosive moments for the body; a combination of power, speed, stability and control is necessary. The body is brought into a state of supreme readiness during training, which in time results in a faster, more agile and stronger body. The training elements aimed at competitions or sparring have been completely removed. These exercises come back in a mix of circuit training, interval training, boxing combinations and kickboxing combinations where all muscle groups are trained. It is based on the conditional part of a regular boxing and kickboxing training. Supervised training At Robby Nelson Training Club you never train alone, but there is always a trainer present. This makes the training more intensive than the average workout and you learn to perform the exercises correctly.
