  • What is Bymygo?
    Bymygo is a E-commerce marketplace where you can shop products, book services, get value rewards and exchange for experiences such as Travel, Sports, Learning and more. Our vision: to enable people around the world to benefit from every single transaction in their daily routines.
  • Do I pay using Bymygo services as a customer/user?
    No. Bymygo is a free to use marketplace. You just pay for the products or the services that you order.
  • Forgot my password. How do I login?
    For Partners Go to https//businessbymygo.com. Select “forgot password?”. Reset your password and login again with a new password.
  • The email account I use to sign up is no longer in use. How do I change the email address of my account?
    We recommend you to create a new email or any other email that is in use and active.
  • I'm having some payment issues.
    Please get in touch with us and send an email to support@bymygo.com and we will resolve it for you as soon as possible.
  • What if the provider/business acts suspicious or doesn't deliver?
    We will take immediate action on that matter. Please inform us as soon as possible by sending an email to support@bymygo.com and describe (in detail) what has happened.
  • I changed my mind and want to cancel my order/booking.
    No problem, we understand it can happen sometimes. Please email us at support@bymygo.com and within 48 hours we will resolve the issue.
  • I want to delete my account.
    It will be sad to see you leaving. We hope next time we will do more for you. Just send an email to support@bymygo.com, subject 'I want to terminate my account” and within 48 hours your account will be deleted. In the future you are always more than welcome to create a new account and use our services again.
  • How did you acquire business information?
    Business profiles generated on bymygo are publicly found information sources such as Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin , Twitter, TikTok, Google and others.
  • How much does it cost to list my business Bymygo?
    We charge a yearly subscription check out our prices here: https://www.bymygo.com/partner-with-us. We take a flat commission from each product and services and only after a mutual agreement between bymygo and the business/provider. For more info contact us on support@bymygo.com.
  • Am I applicable to list my business on Bymygo?
    We are committed to keeping our platform safe and transparent. If you are registering to become a bymygo provider, a registration process helps to keep our ecosystem legitimate and trustworthy.

    Do you want to advertize you as a professional or your business? Or you do not have much time to focus on creating content? You can count us.   • When can I expect my order to arrive?

  • DURING REGISTRATION:
    Verifying your identity In the first step of the registration process, we will ask for some basic information such as your Full name, Address, Phone number, Chamber of Commerce number and more. This information is used to verify your identity. Please be sure to use your full legal name on your bymygo account. If the system has trouble verifying your identity, please contact us via support@bymygo.com or WhatsApp us at +31 (0) 648600633. We will use your full legal name, business name, and Chamber of Commerce number to process a background check. If you are in the process of starting a business we can help you to strategically build your brand.
  • We take your personal information, and to do so we have encryption technologies to protect your data.
    Your information will never be shared with third parties and is solely for internal use.
  • Use your professional licence.
    Note: If you have a professional licence of the service you provide use it and make sure that it is visible and it is verified. (REGISTERED BY THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE OF YOUR COUNTRY).
  • No licence but still want to become our partner?
    If you don't have a verified licences or you are not registered by the Chamber of Commerce in your country but you want to become Bymygo Partner and start selling or providing a service please, contact us for further suggestions on creative+onboarding@bymygo.com OR SUPPORT@BYMYGO.COM
  • Can I have multiple accounts?
    No, you can’t have multiple, same accounts or re-register.
  • Setting up your direct deposit information.
    You will also see that the registration process requires you to enter your bank account information. Your banking number is necessary to set up your method of payment on the platform. Payments are processed with (Stripe, iDeal, Credit/MasterCard, Visa) or via bank transfer. Bymygo can only be paid through direct deposit to an active EU checking account.
